Board members, founders, and executive leaders of small to medium-sized nonprofits (annual revenue less than $1,000,000 and less than 5 paid employees) are invited to apply for appointments. These free consultations are up to 60 minutes with our nonprofit attorney who can provide information to nonprofits on corporate, compliance, and tax legal issues including:

 

1. State Corporate Requirements (articles of incorporation, bylaws, etc)

2. IRS Requirements (Form 990, 501(c)(3) letters, Unrelated Business Income, etc)

3. Fundraising Legal Issues (state registration, commercial co-ventures, etc)

4. General contracts and business issues

The purpose of the call is informational. Specific legal advice will not be provided during the call.  The current wait time for an appointment is 45 days.
